The History of Domino
Dominos are powerful symbols of life and business: everyday actions build upon each other to form either success or failure, such as how Domino’s Pizza popularized this term through their chain of events leading to becoming one of the world’s leading pizza businesses.
History of dominoes is long and varied, going far beyond just playing pieces together in a game. From its origins in France after 1750 when used to refer to long hooded cloaks worn with masks all the way to its modern meaning of playing pieces today, domino has long had multiple meanings in its language over its centuries of usage. One possible link may lie with cape-wearing priests; domino pieces were once made with black faces on ivory that echoed this contrast with their white shirt-wearing presence against their white shirt-clad dominos!
Although dominoes may seem simple to set up and play, they present an exciting and challenging way of testing your ability to set up interlocking pieces to create a chain reaction and reach your desired result. Experienced domino players are adept at anticipating what may come next and understanding how each move affects all the dominoes; regardless of your level or experience there’s always room to improve and master this game!
Hevesh began posting videos of her domino creations to YouTube as a child and has since evolved into an accomplished domino artist for major movies and events (such as Katy Perry’s album launch). While her larger setups may take minutes to fall, even minor pushes can cause them to go over. Her dominoes feature inertia properties which cause them to resist motion until force applied exceeds their tipping point; then their potential energy is released and they fall.
Domino has an inertial-like force within her body that activates during times of stress or danger, providing her with extra support in terms of super luck that cannot be controlled consciously but is activated through others trusting in her abilities to protect their lives.
After her first mercenary career was cut short by an AIM attack on her facility, Domino began dating Milo Thurman but was separated when recruited by X-Corporation to work in Hong Kong for its Hong Kong branch. Later she became allies with Cable when Earth accidentally overlapped with Reality-295 during the Age of Apocalypse; Domino later reappeared again while under possession by malevolent alien spirit Aentaeros who wanted her dead; Cable ultimately defeated Aentaeros and freed Domino again.
